If you wish to return or exchange your purchased items, please follow our Return & Exchange Policies below. 

●Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days for free of any charges.

●If an item is damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours of order delivery; attaching a clear photograph of the default and fault description to our customer service team at cutomercare@jinglimited.com 

●Free returns are for domestic orders in U.S. lower 48 States only (does not not 
include Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). 

●Price difference caused by return/ exchange, we will return the overcharge or demand payment of the shortage.

●Please ensure the return/ exchange product remain unused, does not destroy the original packaging (including gifts, instructions, tag, thank you card, any other labels or important instructions).

 

We do not provide return/ exchange service with following conditions, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

●Any damage caused by individual causes.

●Products have been used, or any damage/ taint caused by wearing, (including the smell of personal cosmetic) which affect secondary business sales.

●Product has been altered or washed.

●Personal clothing are final sales.

 

Please note: Free Return Shipping excludes International orders, as well as 
orders from Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. If you wish to 
return or exchange your purchase, you will need to cover the shipping costs.
